Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs depend on the work, its size and your destination. You’ll see the available options and the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method you choose.
Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it’s dispatched. Original sculptures, large framed works and bespoke commissions can take longer; we’ll confirm the timing with you directly. Bespoke commissions are made to order and delivered on the schedule agreed with you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International orders, customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs. Customs checks can cause delays that are outside our control.
Delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, keep all the packaging and contact us within 48 hours, as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. If your tracking hasn’t updated for some time or your order hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll look into it with the courier.
